SSCNWR Recruitment 2014 – Speech Therapist, Library & Information Asst Posts: Staff Selection Commission (SSC), Government of India, North Western Region (NWR), Chandigarh has issued a notification for the recruitment of Speech Therapist, Library & Information Assistant vacancies at concerned centres. Age Limit: Candidates age limit should not exceed 30 years for Sr.No:1 Post, 18 – 28 years for Sr.No:2 Posts as on 27-09-2014. Age relaxation will be applicable as per rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess 10+2 from recognized Central Board or State Board, Diploma in Speech Therapy from recognized Institution, Two years experience in dealing with speech defects in Medical College or University or Clinic for Sr.No:1 Post, Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University, degree in Library Science from a recognized University, Proficiency in the Kashmiri Language at the Matriculation or equivalent level from a recognized Board for Sr.No:2 Post.
Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates will be called for interview/ proficiency test, screening test, skill test.
Examination Fee: Candidates should pay Rs.50/- through CRFS which are available at all departmental Post Offices of the country. These Recruitment Stamps may be pasted at the top left hand corner of application in the space earmarked for the purpose. CRF must be got cancelled from the counter clerk of any post office with the date stamp of post office in such a manner that the impression is clear and distinct. SC/ ST/ Female/ PH/ Ex Servicemen Candidates are exempted from fee.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates may send their applications in the prescribed format along with attested copies of age proof, qualification certificates, caste certificate, experience certificate if required, CRFS, one recent passport size photograph to the Deputy Regional Director (NWR), Staff Selection Commission, Block No. 3, Kendriya Sadan, Sector-9 Chandigarh-160017 on or before 27-09-2014 & for remote areas on or before 04-10-2014.
